Job summary

Red River Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Full-Time House Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing operations on the night shift. You will ensure staffing, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license in Texas, a BSN preferred, and at least one year of RN leadership or charge RN experience, preferably in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current registered nursing license in the state of the facility required.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in any setting required.
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some experience as a charge RN or other leadership position strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages nursing operations during the shift.
• Ensures staffing coverage and patient safety.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practice.
• Mentors and coaches nursing staff and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Documents care, administrations, and related records; coordinates admissions/discharges.
