Navarro Regional Hospital is seeking an RN House Supervisor for night shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will act as the administrative contact after hours, coordinate staffing, handle emergencies, and support staff to maintain regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.

The role involves rounds, patient flow management, incident command during disasters, and collaboration with physicians and administration to improve service delivery.

Formación

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing required.
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts and staffing.
• Monitors census, admissions, discharges, transfers, bed utilization.
• Acts as administrative point of contact during non-business hours.
