Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure in state or compact state required
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and clinical protocols
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Coordinate with physicians and care team for care plans
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code activities
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans
