Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is seeking a House Nursing Supervisor for the 7P-7A shift in Florida, overseeing nursing care on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and coordination of nursing services under the Director of Nursing.

The RN must hold a Florida license, CPR/BLS, and have at least five years in psychiatric nursing including Charge Nurse responsibilities. Compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities within UHS.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible)
• Five (5) years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, including Charge Nurse experience
• Strong leadership and coordination skills on a multi-unit unit

Responsibilities

• Delivery of quality nursing care for all patients on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units.
• Organizes, manages and coordinates nursing services on assigned shift as delegated by the Director of Nursing.
