Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is seeking a House Nursing Supervisor for 7A-7P to lead nursing care across child, adolescent, and adult units. The role includes coordinating nursing services and ensuring high standards of patient care, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates must hold Florida RN licensure (or be eligible for renewal) and have at least five years of psychiatric nursing, including charge nurse experience. CPR/BLS certification is required.

The facility is looking for a House Nursing Supervisor 7A-7P ($3,000 Sign-On Bonus) who will be responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all patients on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units. As a key team member in the clinical area, the Nursing Supervisor promotes a climate of effective performance through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff. Organizes, manages and coordinates nursing services on assigned shift as delegated by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, including Charge Nurse experience. Must have thorough working knowledge of Hospital, Nursing, and Management of Human Resources policies and procedures, with demonstrated ability to use skills in clinical and managerial situations.
