Job summary

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is seeking a House Nursing Supervisor for 7A-7P to lead nursing care across child, adolescent, and adult units. The role includes coordinating nursing services and ensuring high standards of patient care, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates must hold Florida RN licensure (or be eligible for renewal) and have at least five years of psychiatric nursing, including charge nurse experience. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Five years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, including Charge Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care for patients on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units.
• Organize, manage and coordinate nursing services on the assigned shift as delegated by the Director of Nursing.
