Avenue at Aurora in Aurora, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse - 3rd shift supervisor to join our clinically strong team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in PointClickCare.
• Perform routine nursing procedures and respond to medical emergencies.
• Supervise and provide direction to Nursing Assistants.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Maintain infection-control, safety, and facility standards.
• Participate in required in-services and ongoing education.
