The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN, uses the nursing process to provide individualized resident care across shifts, collaborating with residents, families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
