Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown (inside Conemaugh Memorial) is hiring an RN for night shifts (7-7). Compensation up to $43.50/hour with night/weekend differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

RN license, BLS and ACLS within 6 months are required, with a robust clinical ladder and ongoing education opportunities. We offer extensive orientation, company-paid BSN scholarships, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data; ensure orders are transcribed accurately.
• Respond to rapid responses and codes as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
