Select Specialty Hospital - Johnstown is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate for a full-time night shift at a facility that specializes in post-ICU recovery. You will start with an extensive orientation and preceptor support to build competence in assessment, planning, and patient-centered care.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a per hour rate of $33.32 with night/weekend differentials, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and clinical ladder

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Flexibility in scheduling to complete the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement assessment plans and follow-up care.
• Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families.
• Develop and update nursing care plans with problems, diagnoses, orders, interventions, and discharge planning.
• Participate as an interdisciplinary team member in rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and timely.
