Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a full-time, night shift Patient Logistics Supervisor RN to oversee the Patient Logistics Center operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate transfers, bed placement, and capacity management, collaborating with hospital teams to optimize throughput while ensuring EMTALA compliance and high-quality standards.

Leadership and mentoring are expected. The role requires RN licensure, BLS within 14 days, and at least 3 years of acute care supervisory experience;

Qualifications

• RN licensure in a participating state (required).
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years clinical acute care experience with supervisory roles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree; experience in transfer center, bed management, or capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Logistics Center operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate patient transfers, bed placement, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with hospital teams, physicians, and referral sources to optimize throughput.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and uphold quality standards and performance metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation within budget guidelines.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives, troubleshoot service gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Conduct employee evaluations and mentor team members.
