Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota, offering night shifts with a 10:00pm–6:30am schedule and a 24-hour bi-weekly pay period. Part-time role includes a range of benefits and a sign-on that may apply.

RN licensure in Minnesota is required. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinating with residents, families, and the care team, and ensuring quality nursing care

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing; multistate licensure acceptable if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education within the scope of nursing practice.
