Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN for part-time night shift care. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents in a 79-bed long-term skilled and transitional facility.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate resident care, and support families while meeting licensure and competency requirements. Night/weekend differentials and education benefits are available.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Minnesota with current state license.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and resident education across care settings.
