Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota. The RN is responsible for nursing care using the nursing process and collaborating with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.

The RN must hold MN licensure, work 10:00pm–6:30am on a 48-hour bi-weekly schedule, and may rotate weekends/holidays. Benefits, incentives, and a sign-on bonus are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Multistate licensure is acceptable in an NLC state.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate care and resident education.
• Serve as charge nurse when applicable.
• Ensure safe administration of care.
