Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a licensed RN for a part-time night shift position. 48 hours bi-weekly, 10:00pm–6:30am, rotating weekends/holidays, with shift incentives and a sign-on bonus (eligibility varies).

The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver resident-centered care, collaborate with the care team, and coordinate care plans while upholding professional standards and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota and/or multistate licensure for NLC states.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Maintain competencies and stay within state practice guidelines and ethics.
