Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany Brainerd provides individualized nursing care to residents, coordinating with families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care. The role supports residents across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment, with opportunities to serve as charge nurse as needed.

Shifts are 12 hours (evenings/nights), full-time with rotating weekends, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as assigned.
