Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to residents, using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to support health and well-being. Collaborates with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

This part-time role at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN offers night shifts (10:00pm–6:30am) with weekend/holiday rotation, a sign-on bonus, shift incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA considered.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
