The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota is responsible for implementing the nursing process to deliver individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring quality and safety across all care phases.

This role supports 12-hour night shifts, works full-time, and offers a comprehensive benefits package appropriate for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, including CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; multistate licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team; ensure safety and quality of care across all levels of care.
