Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization delivering housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. The Lakota, ND facility seeks a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care using the full nursing process and collaborate with the care team.

The RN will coordinate resident care, assess needs, educate residents and families, and may serve as charge nurse. A current RN license and graduation from an accredited program are required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and care teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate assessments, resident education and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
