Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe administration of medications and adherence to regulatory standards and practice guidelines.
