The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing; RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a patient care area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality patient care and oversee shift operations for patient flow.
• Lead daily transition rounds and ensure effective communication among the care team.
