Job summary

Bremerton Trails Post Acute is seeking an RN to administer treatments and guide daily nursing care for residents on the NOC shift. You will support both residents and staff in a facility prioritizing compassionate care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and geriatric nursing.
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments per orders.
• Assess resident response and notify physicians of adverse effects.
• Communicate plans and changes to residents and families.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and disposal of meds and sharps.
• Support the Charge Nurse with admissions, discharges, and care plans.
