Job summary

Port Washington Post Acute in Bremerton, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift care team. You will coordinate and deliver direct resident care, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and ensure care meets regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN accepted).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care.
• Previous SNF or post-acute care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately to ensure resident safety.
