Othello Post Acute – Othello, WA is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift. You will coordinate and provide direct resident care, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and ensure high-quality care in a post-acute setting.

Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are offered, with competitive pay per hour. Qualifications include WA RN license or eligibility, ADN/BSN, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN accepted)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately to ensure resident safety
