Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN for full-time night shift. The role includes 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period, with 4:00pm–4:30am shifts, and weekend/holiday rotations.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff. Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Minnesota and either a Bachelor's in Nursing or plan to obtain one; CCNE/ACEN/NLN-CNEA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or with NLC multi-state licensure.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, family and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, education and interventions.
