Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term care facility in Brainerd, MN, seeking a licensed RN for full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly. Evening/night shifts run 4:00 pm–4:30 am with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered; diverse education assistance and advancement opportunities are available. Qualified candidates hold a MN RN license, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred, and may receive incentives for night/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
