Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the delivery team on the night shift in Toledo, OH. This full-time role requires a state RN license, CPR certification, and ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

You will coordinate a patient’s plan of care, collaborate with families and the health care team, and strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through evidence-based nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate the plan of care.
• Interact with patients, families and the health care team through open communication and mutual respect.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
