Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse at Toledo Hospital to coordinate a patient''s care plan and collaborate with the health care team. You will assess needs, formulate diagnoses, and implement and evaluate nursing care to improve patient outcomes.

This role requires an active Ohio RN license and current CPR certification, with units potentially requiring specialty certifications. A 24-hour continuing education requirement applies during licensure.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• The RN coordinates a patient''s plan of care and communicates with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
