Job summary

Logan Health Brendan House in Montana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver individualized nursing care across long-term and transitional care units. You will collaborate with therapy teams, providers, residents, and families to support recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, implementing orders, and maintaining infection control while participating in a supportive, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassion for geriatric and medically complex residents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety.
• Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless resident care.
