Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents' physical and mental status.
• Maintain infection prevention and resident safety standards.
• Coordinate timely interventions and collaborate with the night shift team.
