Job summary

Logan Health Brendan House in Montana is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our night shift team. You will deliver individualized nursing care, respond to changes in resident conditions, and implement provider orders safely.

You’ll collaborate with therapy teams, maintain infection prevention and safety standards, and support residents’ recovery, independence, and quality of life in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassion for geriatric and medically complex residents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety.
• Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless resident care.

Join our 110-bed skilled nursing facility, where nurses are part of a compassionate, resident-centered team serving both Long Term Care and Transitional Care residents in an integrated care environment.

Caring primarily for older adults, nurses build meaningful relationships while delivering a broad range of services, including rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, chronic disease management, wound care, IV therapy, and end-of-life support.

Nurses also play a key role in rehabilitation and care planning, partnering closely with therapy teams, providers, residents, and families to support recovery, independence, and quality of life.

Team members work collaboratively across both units, supporting residents and patients through every stage of their healthcare journey, whether they are working toward returning home or receiving long-term supportive care.

What You’ll Do

Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
