Logan Health Brendan House in Northwest Montana seeks experienced LPNs to join our resident-centered team, delivering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and complex care for older adults. Qualifications

• Current Montana LPN license (or compact license) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions overnight.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety.
• Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless resident care.

Caring primarily for older adults, nurses build meaningful relationships while delivering a broad range of services, including rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, chronic disease management, wound care, IV therapy, and end-of-life support. Nurses also play a key role in rehabilitation and care planning, partnering closely with therapy teams, providers, residents, and families to support recovery, independence, and quality of life. Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
