Logan Health Brendan House in Northwest Montana seeks experienced LPNs to join our resident-centered team, delivering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and complex care for older adults. Qualifications

• Current Montana LPN license (or compact license) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassion for geriatric and medically complex residents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions overnight.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety.
• Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless resident care.
