Job summary

Brendan House, part of Logan Health in Kalispell, MT, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (12 hours) to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation support in a resident-centered, team-based environment.

The RN will deliver individualized care, coordinate with therapy staff, ensure infection control, document changes, and support residents and families throughout the healthcare journey while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license (or compact) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassion for geriatric residents and family‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ status and needs.
• Maintain infection prevention and resident safety standards.
• Collaborate with night shift team to ensure seamless resident care.
