Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. The role includes comprehensive patient care across medical-surgical units, with sign-on bonus and relocation support for eligible candidates.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual domains.
• Create and modify individualized care plans; reassess and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective patient care and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient’s medical record and support continuous quality improvement.
• Respond to code situations promptly and provide necessary interventions.
