Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night-shift position within a supportive hospital team. Eligible candidates may receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

The role offers opportunities for clinical ladder progression and salary growth based on performance and advancement criteria. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient education, documentation, and coordination with the care team

Qualifications

RN license required.
Associate's degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, developmental and social factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation.
Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocol; monitor for adverse effects.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
