AdventHealth is hiring Registered Nurses in the Denver area to provide comprehensive patient care across multiple hospital units. You will assess patients’ physical and psychosocial needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure, English fluency, and strong clinical skills. A supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and relocation assistance is available.

• Fluency in English and clinical documentation accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations and provide interventions to stabilize patients.
