Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care.
