Job summary
AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans. You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Required RN license and BLS; Associate degree in nursing is mandatory, BSN preferred. Prior acute care experience is desirable; pay advantages include up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits
Qualifications
- Active RN license (required) and BLS certification.
- Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families; promote understanding and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
