Vanderbilt Health is hiring for an RN on the new 10N Acute Surgical Care Stepdown unit. The role involves three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 pm–7:00 am), with some weekend coverage.

You will join a 31-bed unit with a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio, delivering stepdown care to adults awaiting surgery or recovering post‑operatively. We seek candidates with EGS/trauma or surgical floor experience and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care.
• Educates patients and families as part of care planning.
• Collaborates with the care team to achieve patient goals.

Responsibilities
