Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Atrium Health Mercy – Float Pool. This full-time night position offers three 12-hour shifts per week, with 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule, 40 hours per week, and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year min required experience outside New Grad residency program.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead as a team member to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation.
• Promote safety and quality initiatives within the unit.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the care team.
