Signature HealthCARE Owensboro is hiring an experienced RN for Hillcrest & Hermitage Care & Rehab. Full‑time RN positions offer a $7,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over 26 payments). You will provide direct patient care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with standards and policies while maintaining excellent documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local standards and facility policies.
• Confirm nursing staff adherence to written policies and procedures.
