Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center in Hartford, KY, is seeking an experienced RN for night shift to deliver high-quality care, supervise nursing assistants, administer meds, and ensure resident safety as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements include an active RN license in Kentucky, CPR/BLS preferred, 1 year of clinical nursing experience (long-term care preferred), and familiarity with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and skilled nursing procedures.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents and notify physician of changes in condition.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete clinical documentation per policy and procedures.
