Job summary
AdventHealth Apopka is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient care team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Florida RN license, and at least 1 year of inpatient experience. Schedule is Full-Time nights (6:45 pm–7:15 am), 3/12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holidays
Qualifications
- Inpatient nursing care knowledge and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Strong communication with patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and spiritual factors.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on standards of care.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
