Qualifications
- Associate degree required for RN licensure.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- RN license and BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients across physiological and psychosocial factors and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-care.
- Coordinate care with medical staff and departments to ensure quality.
- Document care activities and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
- Respond to code situations and maintain safety.
