Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift in an acute hospital setting. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
• Active RN license (state of practice) and BLS
• 1 year of Acute Hospital experience is required
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and maintain documentation.
