Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required; BLS certification required.
• Experience in 1+ acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Fluency in English (read, written, spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
