Job summary

Ormond-Rehabilitation- in Daytona Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7am-7pm night shift to monitor, care for, and guide residents through their care plans. A $3000 sign-on bonus accompanies this full-time role.

The position requires an active RN license and the ability to document care in Point Click Care, coordinate with CNAs and PCAs, and participate in center surveys while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in nursing care; ability to document care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for residents; assist with care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
• Complete wound care and administer therapies as prescribed.
