Job summary

Twenty80 LLC in Kentucky is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient departments. Opportunities cover day and night shifts in a collaborative clinical setting focused on patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Positions are full-time (36 hours/week) with hourly pay from $30.00 to $50.00, plus shift differentials and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Active RN license in the State of Ohio

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and clinical progress
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Record vital signs, measurements, and other patient assessments
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Provide leadership and clinical support while working collaboratively with fellow caregivers
• Assist in maintaining unit readiness for regulatory and accreditation standards
