Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor resident health.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
